This is a GREAT family biz. Super responsive, even returning my call on a holiday and got us back to a/c quickly in spite of the demand for a/c service due to high temperatures!

We had an old, barely running oil furnace and an ancient A/C unit that didn't work, so decided to get a propane furnace (no natural gas available) and a new A/C.

Living out of town and with such old units, we thought we'd have some challenges getting refrigerant and propane lines pulled. We got bids to replace both from several different HVAC providers. A competing bidder had a super complicated and expensive proposal with lines behind trim on the living room wall, but John's proposal was super simple and hid the lines completely. It was obvious he had a ton of experience.

He was the most affordable. He was super pleasant and very easy to work with. It was a no brainer. We're very happy with our new setup!

I wanted to replace floor furnace with an A/C unit to be located in my garage. John saw my mind for the requested project better than other bidders . The work was expert and focused. J& S are priced most reasonably too.
